    On July 4, 2025, Omida 7R Solutions, a member of the OMIDA Group, officially changed its name in the National Court Register to Omida Solutions.

    OMIDA Group SA, continuing its strategy of consolidating the TSL sector in Poland, acquired an 85% stake in 7R Solution Sp. z o.o. from the 7R Holding Limited group.

    7r Solution Sp. z o.o. is expanding its range of services with a Temporary Storage Warehouse, which has been launched at its warehouse in Gdańsk/Kowale.

    Type “A” customs warehouse

    Omida Solutions operates a type A customs warehouse in a modern logistics center in Gdańsk-Kowale. The service enables the storage of goods from outside the EU without the need for immediate customs clearance, as well as their phased removal in accordance with the customer’s operational needs.
