We are proud to announce that OMIDA Group has completed the acquisition of 7R Solution, thus beginning a new chapter in our company’s history.
The first stage of rebranding involves changing the name to Omida Solutions and updating the entry in the National Court Register.
The merger of 7R Solution and Omida Solutions is a strategic step that enables us to grow and strengthen our position in the TSL market in Poland. This integration has resulted in the creation of a new brand – Omida Solutions, which combines experience, modern warehouse solutions, and a full range of logistics services.
What will our customers gain?
Thanks to the integration with Omida Solutions, 7R Solution customers will gain access to a wide range of transport and logistics services, supported by the resources of the OMIDA Group.
The combination of warehousing services with road, sea, air, and intermodal transport will enable faster order fulfillment and more efficient logistics management.

New Branding – same quality, new possibilities
As we join forces, we have introduced a new logo and promotional materials that communicate the changes related to our brand. Our operational departments are in the process of integrating their processes, and we are conducting discussions across the entire OMIDA Group structure on cross-selling and creating synergies. Our customers can count on the same quality of service and professionalism that has defined 7R Solution to date.
Next steps in the integration of logistics companies
The integration will take place in two stages. The first stage, involving the pooling of resources,
is already underway. The second stage, which involves full operational consolidation, is planned for next year.
The following persons have been appointed to the management boards of the logistics companies Omida Solutions sp. z o.o. and 7r Solution sp. z o.o. (after changes in the National Court Register, Omida Solutions sp. z o.o.) operating under the Omida Solutions brand:
- Sławomir Bełtkiewicz, the current president of 7R Solution, has retained his position and has also been appointed president of the management board of Omida Solutions. His extensive experience in contract logistics management is crucial for the further consolidation and development of Omida Solutions.
- Norbert Ołtarzewski, responsible for the development of warehouse logistics at OMIDA Group, joined the management board of Omida Solutions and took up the position of vice president of Omida Solutions. His expertise in logistics operations management will enable the optimal use of synergies resulting from the integration of the companies.
In addition, the following individuals have been appointed to the Supervisory Board of Omida Solutions: - Daniel Franke, President of the Management Board of OMIDA Group
- Robert Pikus, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at OMIDA Group
The new management board of Omida Solutions will jointly implement the company’s development strategy, focusing on providing innovative logistics and warehousing solutions for our customers.
