September 19, 2024, is a key moment in the development of our Group.
Following the completion of the acquisition of 7R Solution, we are beginning the integration process, which will build a solid foundation for the further development of Omida Solutions. Our goal is to maximize the synergies between Omida Solutions, 7R Solution, and other operating companies within the OMIDA Group, which will bring real benefits to our customers.
Two stages of integration
The integration process will take place in two key stages to ensure a smooth merger of structures and uninterrupted operational service.
Stage 1: Combining resources
The first stage focuses on combining the resources of both companies, including warehouse space and logistics services. This will give customers of both Omida Solutions and 7R Solution access to a full range of warehousing, transport, and logistics services. Synergy with other companies in the OMIDA group, operating in the areas of road, intermodal, sea, air, and rail transport, will enable even more efficient management of logistics operations.
Stage 2: Operational consolidation
The second stage, planned for next year, involves the full consolidation of both companies’ structures. Ultimately, Omida Solutions will operate as a single integrated entity, providing a wide range of warehousing and logistics services. By joining forces, we will create solutions that streamline supply chains and ensure flexibility in logistics management.
What does this mean for customers?
7R Solution customers
Thanks to the integration with Omida Solutions, 7R Solution customers will gain access to a wide range of transport and logistics services, supported by the resources of the OMIDA Group. The combination of warehousing services with road, sea, air, and intermodal transport will enable faster order fulfillment and more efficient logistics management.
OMIDA Group customers
For customers of OMIDA Group operating companies, integration means new opportunities in warehouse logistics. Combining the resources of 7R Solution will enable more comprehensive inventory and warehouse operations management, creating added value for companies using our logistics services.
When will customers see the benefits?
The first effects of the integration will be visible by the end of this year, when the warehouse and logistics resources of both companies will be combined. Full operational consolidation, taking into account synergies with other OMIDA Group operating companies, will be completed next year, opening up new opportunities for development and cooperation for our customers.
