We have begun the first stage of integrating our resources following the acquisition of 7r Solution. For this reason, we are today unveiling a new logo, which we will use in our communications with customers and other company stakeholders.
Omida Solutions is a brand providing a wide range of logistics and warehousing services in many locations in Poland under a common brand, utilizing the accumulated know-how, customer base, and operational efficiency of the OMIDA Group.
Step 1: Pooling resources
The first stage of integration involves combining the resources of both companies, which will provide our current and future customers with access to an even more comprehensive range of products and services.
In practice, this means:
◾access to effective transport solutions within the OMIDA Group, including road, sea, air, intermodal, and rail transport,
◾200,000 m² of shared warehouse space,
◾the possibility of using an extended portfolio of logistics services, including co-packing, warehousing, labeling, distribution of goods, returns handling, and customs services.

New brand, same quality of service
Our new brand, Omida Solutions, symbolizes the combination of the experience and know-how of both companies.
As part of the rebranding process, we have introduced new promotional materials that inform our customers about the changes. We are beginning a process aimed at reinforcing awareness of the new brand among our customers. The brand is associated with warehouses located in key locations, opening up opportunities for many of our current and potential customers to take advantage of a new quality of supply chain services, ensuring stability and business growth. Omida Solutions guarantees the quality of services expected by the customers of our holding’s operating companies and 7r Solution.
What next?
In subsequent stages, we will implement additional improvements resulting from synergies between Omida Solutions and other companies in the Group. In the near future, we will gradually introduce changes to marketing materials and communication channels and integrate operational teams to better respond to our customers’ needs and effectively manage logistics operations.
