We are pleased to announce that OMIDA Group SA, continuing its strategy of consolidating the TSL sector in Poland, has acquired an 85% stake in 7R Solution Sp. z o.o. from the 7R Holding Limited group.
7R Solution specializes in contract logistics, carried out in modern Class A warehouse facilities
with a total area of 160,000 m², located in several locations throughout the country.
Sławomir Bełtkiewicz, the current president of 7R Solution, remains on the company’s management board, retaining a 15% stake. Together with Norbert Ołtarzewski, responsible for the development of warehouse logistics at OMIDA Group, they will continue to develop this key pillar of the business.
The acquisition is part of OMIDA Group’s long-term strategy, which aims to expand its three main pillars of activity:
– Sea, air, and rail freight forwarding
– Road and intermodal freight forwarding
– Contract logistics

The OMIDA Group team, consisting of over 800 employees, is ready for the new challenges and opportunities that integration with 7R Solution brings. After joining 7R Solution, employment will exceed 1,000 people. This cooperation opens up new perspectives for business development and enables the implementation of innovative logistics projects that will benefit our customers.
