What does the picking process look like?

The goods arrive at our warehouse, where they are thoroughly checked in terms of quantity and quality. Each unit is registered in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).

Products are placed in appropriate storage zones according to the specific characteristics of the load, which allows for quick identification and access during the picking process.

After receiving an order, the system generates a pick list, taking into account the optimal route for the warehouse worker. This minimizes the time needed to complete the order.

Warehouse staff, equipped with mobile devices, collect goods according to the list, following the FIFO (first in, first out) principle or other specified standards. The order then undergoes quality control to ensure that all products comply with the order.

Goods are properly secured, packaged, and labeled according to customer guidelines or industry standards.

Completed orders are sent to the shipping area, where they are consolidated and prepared for loading and further transport.
